  4. Repeat exercise several times.

  1. Tilt your head down towards the right shoulder.                                             (imagine you are touching the shoulder with your ear)

  3. Do not shrug your shoulder. Keep the shoulder level.
  4. Move your head back to the normal position.
  5. Repeat exercise for the left shoulder.
  6. Next, slowly turn your head to the right, back to center, and to the left.

  2. Pucker your lips (imagine you want to kiss the ceiling).
  3. Hold for 5 seconds.
  4. Move your head back to the normal position.
  5. Do a set of 5.

in am in my mid-fifties and have changed my lifestyle by eating right & doing light exercises (because of arthritis) since january… i have dropped 40 pounds the healthy way and am thoroughly enjoying my new-found energy and overall sense of good health now.

only thing was, i was always depressed that i couldn’t afford to have my face “worked on” because of my sagging lackluster skin and my jowls always made me look angry (which i never was, but…).

well, let me TELL YOU… i have been following these exercises FAITHFULLY for the past three (yes, just THREE!) weeks and OMG my face looks FABULOUS!! everything has tightened up and even my husband notices the change! friends have been guessing that i had something done… and it’s MY little secret!! it truly takes such a short time, and i do it while cooking dinner, doing the laundry and in-between ordinary chores… this is a NO-BRAINER!

in any case, i wanted to share my good news with you and anyone checking this out!! even if you are financially able to have surgery, please DON’T until you at least give these GREAT exercises FIRST!!

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! you have changed my life; i look 15 years younger!!

That’s great. I am feeling happy with you.

It takes time and effort to stay healthy and beautiful. And you did it.

Your experience will inspire others to give facial exercise a try.
And Yes. It’d be wise to make it the first alternative.

Thank you for sharing. May you always look younger, and stay healthy.
